			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Windows 7 is a promising OS from Microsoft. Currently after its release many people have seen the advantage of using it. However, there are also some complaints that were brought up. One of this is that some user’s computer working slower after upgrading to Windows 7. This may not be a common problem but having a PC run slower due to an upgrade will cause nuance. There are some tips on how to resolve this issue. The first thing you need to do is reboot your computer and run it in “safe mode.” Once your system is booted press F8 key on your keyboard and then choose “safe mode”. After doing this, observe and see how your system performs compared to having it running in normal mode. If your system is running better in safe mode, this may means that one of your software is causing the problem.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Windows 7 or is running slow after upgrading to Windows 7?<br />
Read the following tips!:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Checking for Software inconsistencies</strong><br />
If you think that one of your software is causing the trouble start your pc in a clean boot. In order to determine software inconsistencies you must do the following:<br />
• On the Start Menu type in “misconfig” on the search box and hit the enter key.<br />
• In some instances you may be asked to enter your password if this happens just type it in hit enter. Otherwise click continue<br />
• Make sure that you are on the General Tab find “Selective Startup”, under this menu clear the check box for “Load Startup Items”.<br />
• On the Services Tab, place a check on the “Hide All Microsoft Services” and then click “Disable all and then hit OK.<br />
• Click Restart when asked to do so.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Checking for the main Software problem</strong><br />
After restarting your pc observe if the issue has been determined. If it was then the next thing you need to do is to find which specific software is causing the real problem. To do this, follow the steps given below:<br />
• On the Start Menu type in “misconfig” and press the enter key.<br />
• Again if you are asked for a password type it in and hit enter. Otherwise, click continue;<br />
• If Necessary, make sure that you are on the General Tab, select “Normal Startup” option and click OK.<br />
• Again click Restart when asked to do so.</p>
